Shipping Information and Policy

What we do to get your games delivered to you.

We know that people in the swinger lifestyle are everywhere, so we ship around the world. We also know that discretion is important, so the games are shipped in plain packaging. The shipping label on the package will read "TGOL". Here are some other key things we’d like you to know:


  • We usually dispatch orders within 2 working days.

  • Delivery times vary based on selected service and destination. In the US and Canada, standard shipping is 1 to 2 weeks. Expedited is a week or less. We use a carrier that partners with USPS and Canada Post, and while they are extremely reliable, neither carrier guarantees delivery dates.

  • Delivery to Europe, Asia, and Australia takes a little longer, typically 2 to 3 weeks. However, in some cases, due to COVID-19, international shipping, can take up to 45 business days. Our shipping company in some cases partners with either Asendia or USPS for international shipping but neither offer an express option. They also don’t guarantee shipping.  

  • Duties and tariffs. In the case of Europe and Asia, duties are rarely levied by customs, but in the event your county charges them on the shipment, the purchaser is responsible for paying them. 

  • Whether you order standard or expedited shipping, it will be tracked, and we will email you tracking information once your order ships. The only exception is the Extra Hot Expansion pack, when purchased on its own, with standard shipping. One thing to note, sometimes our shipping confirmation emails get flagged as spam by email providers so please make sure to check this folder.

  • Do you have a hot date and need your order guaranteed to arrive within a couple of days or even sent overnight? Email us directly before you place your order, and we’ll try to provide a FedEx or UPS option. They’re quicker but a little more expensive.

  • We know you are excited to receive our games, so we strive to ensure that your order is shipped to you as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, once your games are sent, if there are delays, it is out of our control. Things like bad weather, logistical issues, and global pandemics can occasionally affect delivery times. We understand that delays can be frustrating, and we thank you for your patience. If your order has experienced a delay in shipping that exceeds the normal processing and shipment time, please let us know us by email at and we will try to help as best we can. Please note, we have no further information on the shipment other than what is indicated on the tracking and the carriers can't provide more information. The carriers ONLY consider a package lost if it's been 30 business days in the US/Canada and 45 business days international. So unfortunately we can't file a claim until that time has passed. So, in turn policy is, after 30 business days in the US/Canada and 45 business days international, your order doesn't arrive, we'll send you a replacement or issue a refund.​ We cannot issue refunds before this time has passed.
